SEAN M. WAGNER
Sean M. Wagner has been a lawyer since 2005. Prior to entering private practice in 2007, Mr. Wagner was an Assistant Public Defender in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Wagner practices in both state and federal court and he has handled criminal cases ranging in severity from traffic offenses to capital murder. Mr. Wagner is also an active appellate attorney who has handled state and federal appeals, including matters before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Wagner has tried over 50 criminal cases, including serious felonies such as capital murder, armed robbery and drug trafficking.
Mr. Wagner is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
MARGARET K. WAGNER
Margaret K. Wagner is the Past-President of the Brevard Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Prior entering private practice in 2012, Mrs. Wagner was an Assistant Public Defender in the Nineteenth and Eighteenth Judicial Circuits. Mrs. Wagner has handled criminal cases ranging in severity from traffic offenses to capital sexual battery. Mrs. Wagner has tried over 30 criminal cases including serious felonies such as capital sexual battery, armed robbery and felony drug crimes. Mrs. Wagner represents individuals charged with crimes in Florida state courts.
